Truly enjoyed our stay. Modern hotel with good wi-fi, the location was incredible very close to nightlife. Location: the property was near to the city centre as well as in walking distance. The room we booked was lovely looking and there was a good bathroom.

Had a bit of a delay during check, in, but the staff at Lime Square were apologetic and communicative. the apartment we stayed in was clean, well, located, and had all the amenities we needed. Despite a minor issue with the door, we managed just fine. There was parking available on, site, although the permit was not provided at check, in. Chris promptly brought it later. the penthouse apartment was absolutely fantastic, exceeding our expectations. The staff's excellent customer service and communication made our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: No 🚫.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff went the extra mile to help me, even when I booked late at night. The apartment I stayed in had a great view and was a good size for four people. It was also conveniently located near the docks, making it easy to access public transport and walk into town. The modern facilities in the private secure courtyard were well presented and the cleanliness was top-notch. I had a fantastic experience.
Nothing to be said.

I thoroughly enjoyed polite and understanding employees!
I booked it many times and strongly recommend. Everything was modern, the parking was on site, the room was immaculately clean and stylish. The location was decent, for example, Gateshead Millenium Bridge was just a short stroll away from the hotel.
